ロジャーへの手紙　2004.9.17.

アメリカで仲良くなったロジャーのために、お手紙書いた。
ロジャーは水産試験場長で、日本の魚に興味を持っていたのでアユ（Sweet fish)についてレポートしました。
写真が見せたかったのでHTML形式･･･が、構成に悩んでめっちゃ時間食ってしまった。
せっかく作ったので公開します。手紙を公開する意味があまりない気がしますが･･･。
日本語版の記事もそのうち公開します。

Dear Roger

Long time no see.
This is BUN (Fumitaka Yoshimura).
How are you?
I am fine!

Japan is still very hot.
I want go MI again.
Does it start snowing in MI?


It took many hours to make THIS letter.
It's difficult for me to use computer.


Sweet Fish
I and my friend went to catch the sweet fish to the river near my house in Shiga.
I caught them with my net.
It is easy to get them.


This is the sweet fish. This fish is Asian indigenous species.
If you come to Japan,please try them.
I like them.



All I can get!!!
There were enough sweet fish!!
　
A broiled sweet fish is very good.
I broiled some of them.
Today I had many many fish so I make them food.
I boil down them in sweetened soy sauce.
We call this dish "TUKUDANI".

sweetfish+soy sauce+sugar ="TUKUDANI"
This is very easy to cook,but very tasty.



OBON
I want you to see Japanese traditional festival "OBON".
This festival is held in middle August.
People are dancing to express their gratitude for their ancestor..

This is very slow dance.
They dance with music around the scaffold.
